1. Service Overview

Real Estate Document Services: Preparation, review, and delivery of property-related documents.

Digital Information Products: Downloadable guides and templates.

Physical Goods: Printed forms and documentation kits.

2. Refund and Transfer Policy

2.1 Real Estate Document Services

Clients may cancel or request a schedule transfer up to 48 hours before the confirmed appointment. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations within 48 hours, refunds are not available due to preparatory efforts, but services may be transferred to a future date without extra charge if requested before the scheduled time.

2.2 Digital Information Products

Digital products are available for immediate access upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital delivery, these products are not eligible for refunds. Please review product details carefully before completing a purchase.

2.3 Physical Goods

Physical items in unused and original condition may be sent back within 14 days of delivery to our facility at 1 Blue Jays Way, Toronto, ON M5V 1J1, Canada. To begin a request, contact our support team. After inspection and approval, a refund will be credited to the original method of payment.

3. Processing of Refunds and Transfers

Approved requests are processed within 10 business days. Refunds are credited via the same payment method used for purchase. Transfer requests for document services are confirmed within 3 business days of approval.

4. Changes to These Terms

DocTopReal reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. All changes take effect upon posting on DocTopReal.club. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
